- Detailed description of the cargo. Please provide technical data sheet in Spanish and pictures of the merchandise.
- Total value of the cargo
- Gross Weight
- Specify if it is containerized cargo detailing the type of container and size: 20′, 40′, HC. OT, Refrigerated, or if it is a Dry Box, Platform, Railroad Gondola, etc.
- Specify if it is loose cargo detailing the number of boxes or pallets, as well as the Volume: Length X Height X Width of each one (or).
- Monthly Operations Volume and the customs involved (Example: 2 containers or 4 loose loads of import by Nuevo Laredo customs).
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT QUOTATION:
- Complete address including zip code at origin and final destination.
- Special handling, loading and unloading instructions.
